A UC Berkeley alum who cut his teeth writing under legendary producer Roger Corman, Jared has worked in multiple television writers’ rooms and has been hired to write feature screenplays across genres. His original scripts have earned recognition in top industry competitions, and he currently has several projects in active development.

Karl is a graduate of UCLA’s MFA screenwriting program and a professor of screenwriting for Scottsdale Community College in Arizona. He has won the Comedy and Sci-Fi Awards at the Austin Film Festival and the Jack Nicholson Prize for Excellence in Screenwriting from his alma mater. His comedy Punctured and animated horror project Deep Down are both currently in development.

Henry is recognized for his extensive career as a film and television producer, talent manager, and actor. His production credits span multiple genres, with notable works such as Transformers, Ted, Italian Job, Lone Survivor, Hickok, and American Violence. In addition to his producing work, Henry has appeared on screen in notable films like The Fighter and 2 Guns, frequently collaborating with Mark Wahlberg.

Danny Lopes is a New York Film Academy–trained actor and producer whose work spans independent film and television, including an appearance on Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Alongside his on-screen career, he has expanded his footprint behind the camera, developing and producing character-driven projects with a strong genre sensibility. With a creative foundation that bridges film, art, and music, Lopes brings versatility, industry fluency, and strategic promotional value to every production he supports.

Joshua serves as Internal Media Law Counsel for FYM Films, where he oversees legal strategy across development, production, and distribution. He began his career in the Legal & Business Affairs Department at Warner/Chappell Music, one of the world’s largest music publishers, where he worked on publishing agreements and international copyright matters involving iconic catalogs such as James Brown and the Gershwin Brothers. His combined legal and industry background positions him as a trusted advisor within the film sector, ensuring creative ventures are protected with strategic precision.
